Flutter Developer
Full-time / Szczecin, PL / Flexible Hybrid / Remote

Gotiva is a fast-growing technology company based in Poland and Bosnia & Herzegovina. We are building apps in the entertainment industry, utilizing user-generated content. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong team ethic to unify a common vision.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating as part of a SCRUM team to develop new features and Flutter apps for mobile (iOS, Android) and web

  • Writing code using a well-established Flutter stack: Clean Architecture + BLoC + AutoRoute / Go Router + Firebase

  • Developing apps that go beyond simple CRUD operations, utilizing standard widgets

  • Maintaining a focus on performance and the quality of the code you produce

  • Participating in daily code reviews to ensure consistency and high standards

Your Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience

  • 2+ years of experience working within the Flutter/Dart ecosystem

  • Strong, practical knowledge of Git.

  • A solid understanding of OOP/SOLID principles

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • A proactive mindset and a “can-do” attitude

  • Practical knowledge of the SCRUM methodology

  • A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related engineering experience

  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Firebase services: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Remote Config

  • Knowledge of TypeScript for developing serverless applications

  • Experience building and releasing native iOS and Android apps

  • Familiarity with CI/CD services

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity in software development

  • A proven track record of publishing a personal project app
